Our Salsa Preserving Share includes:
Our premium paste tomatoes, including Granadero (a Roma-like variety), Juliet and additional heirloom tomato varieties. The share also includes onions, hot peppers, and garlic. Salsa preserving shares are sold in increments of 10 pounds of tomatoes. Quantities of onions, peppers and garlic are scaled accordingly. The amount pictured is our 10 pound size.
