New Year Visioning Retreat

Over the past few years, we’ve turned our annual visioning process into a cherished New Year's tradition—and this year, we’re inviting you to join us!

Together we’ll embrace a reflective, creative, and intentional start to the new year with a mindful approach:

• Revisit our values.
• Reflect on the past year with prompts from our custom-designed workbook.
• Set clear goals and intentions for the year ahead.

Then we'll gather around our farm table with a stack of magazines, snipping words and images that inspire us, and channel our insights into a vision board that we can reference throughout the coming year.

Don't worry, we also bring the party to the process: We'll put on a curated playlist, share a smörgåsbord of snacks and beverages so we can snack and sip as we snip!

Since adopting this process four years ago, we’ve found incredible clarity and purpose in our personal and professional lives. It’s helped us:

• Clarify our values.
• Carve out more quality time together.
• Start a pizza farm.
• Launch a stationery side hustle.
• Align our offerings to our values.
• Develop a Farm Immersion Course.
